2. Upon receipt of your repair request, a B2B Industrial Representative will contact you within 24 hours to troubleshoot your tool.
3. If it is determined that your tool is in need of being repaired, you may ship your tool to B2B Industrial. Please include a piece of sample strap so we can ensure that the right strap is being used with the tool.
4. We will fully inspect and clean your tool.
5. We will contact you with a FREE estimate of the repairs needed.
6. We will ship your tool back to you with all the replaced parts and a sample test strap.
